St. John’s Fire Equipment has been servicing our facility for several years, and their service is consistently excellent. This week, I had the privilege of meeting one of the co-owners, Gloud, during our annual fire extinguisher inspection. Gloud was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly answer all my fire safety questions. He also provided valuable recommendations to enhance our safety protocols. The level of professionalism and expertise displayed was simply outstanding. Highly recommend their services!

From my first phone call (with Elizabeth?) when I was given great information including directions to the shop.....to visiting the shop where I received a friendly greeting and got my issue fixed. We've used St Johns at our property for the past 3 years. It's always great communication and service. Our Technician was Claude this year. He was awesome at communication, great with the residents and fast. I would give them 10 stars if I could. wonderful company as a whole.
